Becoming an I52 Teacher Trainer is a serious commitment to learning how to observe, understand, and adjust teaching.
Completion is based on demonstrated application, not attendance alone.
You will leave able to use the Instructor 52 process to help teachers become more deliberate and effective in their own classes.

Weekend intensive plus focused train-the-trainer education.
Approximately 20 hours of train-the-trainer education that cover modules including:
- Giving and receiving feedback
- Conducting Instructor 52 Teaching Assessments using quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Crash course through all 52 concepts
- Distinguishing observation from personal preference
- Identifying one useful development focus

Three months of guided implementation.
Including a detailed roadmap for introducing I52 within your studio or teaching community.
- Four formal Teaching Assessments as part of your own development
- Phone and text support
- Three scheduled coaching calls
- Required deliverables at the end of months 1, 2, and 3

Demonstrate the work in a real teaching community.
The program ends with a final case study demonstrating successful use of the Instructor 52 process.
You show, through actual application, that you can help teachers develop their own voice, skills, and effectiveness.
